Our Process
Successful web solutions are born out disciplined planning and interaction with the client. We adhere to a four-step process to ensure that we meet our high quality and standards goals. Our process is summed up by four words: Understand, Design, Develop and Deploy.

Understand
The first step is to understand how the Web site should support the business goals and strategies of your company. We gather this data by listening and working with you and your staff. Our goal is to fully understand your expectations of the Web site and how that site will contribute to true business results.

Design
The second step is to design, on paper, the content, functionality and usability of the proposed system. Working with you, we outline the list of requirements that the system must achieve for you and the users of your system. We design a prototype of the system, how it will be designed and what the layout will look like. We use storyboards to illustrate the look and feel of the site and we develop mock-ups for our client to evaluate. Once the design of the site is approved, we move on to the next step. Develop.

Develop
Content is developed using Web publishing tools and text, audio, pictures and video are converted to usable Web formats. Graphics are developed to the specifications determined in the design phase. Software required to run the site, which includes scripts and database applications, are developed. Finally, the entire site is set-up and undergoes extensive operational testing to ensure that the site is performing to design and quality specifications.

Deploy
Once the site passes the development test, it is published for use. We provide ongoing support services for those clients who wish to outsource ongoing site administration and maintenance.
