Michael – President/CEO
Michael is a New Castle native and graduate of New Castle Chrysler High. He graduated from Indiana Vocation Technical College with an Associate in Applied Sciences – Electronics Technology/Digital Computers. After work experience in the IT/Computer field, Michael decided to open Solutions Unlimited in 1994. Michael is active in his church, is a member of his worship team and volunteers where needed. Michael is now a resident of the Cincinnati area and has opened a branch office of Solutions Unlimited.
Michael is RCDD certified which designates that he has demonstrated his knowledge in design, implementation and integration of IT systems and related infrastructure. Michael also is A+ and Network+ certified. He has attended numerous training seminars, including HP Procurve switch training, and is currently working towards more certifications. Michael is our “guru” of all things computer, network and technology. In addition to servicing customers at both locations, Michael is available to the technical staff for support. This knowledge and support allows Michael and Solutions Unlimited to provide the best possible technical service.
Jonathon – Network/Support Engineer
Jonathon grew up in Wisconsin and moved to the New Castle area after graduating high school. He is actively involved in the music and sound program at his church where he also teaches. Jonathon has an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech and served as an IT intern there. He has taught website building classes for the high school vocational program.
Jonathon holds many certifications and has attended numerous training seminars to further his technical knowledge. Included are the following certifications and classes: Certifications – A+, Network+ and Linux+. Classes: Cisco CCNA and iNet+. Jonathon has a high understanding of most technical aspects including: Integrating IT into manufacturing environments and website design and outsourcing. These classes and certifications help to make Jonathon one of our most knowledgeable technicians.
Forest – Support Technician
Forest is a Henry County native and graduate of Blue River Valley High School. He attended Tri-State University (now Trine University) and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. Forest is involved with the Masonic Lodge and enjoys working on computers and pc games.
Forest has worked in the IT field for several years and is one of Solutions Unlimited’s top technicians. He has attended several training seminars and is pursuing technical certifications. Forest has a great understanding of operating systems, personal computers, software and hardware. This knowledge and experience allows Forest to provide our clients with outstanding service and support.
Timothy – Senior Application Programmer
Timothy is originally from the Muncie/Cowan area and graduated from Cowan High School. Following high school, he attended Ball State University. Timothy received a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science. While studying for his degree, Timothy took numerous classes in related IT subjects and programming. Timothy is very motivated and strives to adapt and learn with new programming applications and languages as current technologies change.
Timothy is very knowledgeable and his expertise allows Solutions Unlimited to offer a full range of programming needs as well as basic maintenance and upkeep of your computer system. Timothy enjoys spending time with his family and listening to music. In his free time, Timothy is a musician and also writes music for his own enjoyment. In the past, he has served as an organist for his church.
Jeff – Support Technician/Installer
Jeffery is originally from the Covington, Ohio area and graduated from Covington High School. Following school, he served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. He also attended Southwest Florida College and has been working in the computer field since 1995. Jeffery has also received his A+ Certification.
Jeffery’s main role at Solutions Unlimited is as an installer for computer, internet and tower equipment. As a technician, he is also able to assist with repairs and upgrades to any computer or network. Jeffery’s skills allow Solutions Unlimited to offer a broader range of technical assistance.
Craig – Telecommunications Senior Engineer
Craig is originally from the Elwood area and graduated from Wendell L. Willkie High School in Elwood. After high school, he attended Ball State University and Mid-State Area Technical School (now Ivy Tech) and earned an associate degree in Transistor Electronics. Craig is RCDD certified which designates that he has demonstrated his knowledge in design, implementation and integration of IT systems and related infrastructure. As an extension of the RCDD certifications, Craig is also an outside plant specialist.
Craig also holds the following technical certifications: Fiber Optic Splicing & Termination, Personal Protection Bonding & Grounding of Electronic Equipment and several communications manufacturer’s proprietary technical certifications. Craig’s certifications and experience make him an invaluable resource for our technicians and customers.
Jason – Support Technician(Ohio Office)
Jason is from Newport, KY and still resides in the northern Kentucky area. He graduated from Campbell County High School and attended the Charles E. McCormick Vocational School. While attending vocational, he studied architectural and mechanical drafting for two years. Jason also built and maintains his own personal website.
Jason has a passion for all things tech and considers it an honor and a blessing to be able to share that knowledge via his career. He enjoys learning about new and emerging technologies. Jason is also a Beta-Tester for Microsoft. Jason’s passion and knowledge allow him to offer our customers first rate service and support for their computers and network.
